We aim to deliver goods that are ex stock within 3 working days. Please wait five days if you are in the UK. This number will be included in the confirmation that you receive when you ordered the goods from us. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately. Carriage charge to UK mainland £15.00. Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to shipping. Currency All orders will be charged in GBP unless previously agreed in writing. Acknowledgement of Orders We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail or fax. Cancellation Policy Once orders have been acknowledged no cancellation is accepted. Returns Policy We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 2 years. If you receive a defective product, please email us at sales@ezurio.com to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. All returns must be authorised. Products must be returned to us in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Please note we do not refund any carriage charges. Exports For delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us on 0208 938 1000. We will only ship wireless products to country where they are approved for operation. We will not ship products to countries where export regulations covering encryption or basic technology restrictions apply.
