The Carbon AM62 OSM-MF series is built around Texas Instruments’ AM625 and AM623 processor families and TI’s TPS65219 PMIC, with configurable LPDDR4 memory, eMMC storage, and optional Sona TI351 (TI CC3351) Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity. Designed to meet the processing and connectivity requirements of commercial, industrial, and medical applications, the Carbon AM62 OSM-MF platform offers flexible production options that allow you to tailor memory, storage, and wireless configurations to your specific product needs. All Carbon AM62 OSM-MF modules are backed by Ezurio’s industry-leading software, integration, and long-term support.
The Carbon AM62 OSM-MF platform delivers powerful heterogeneous processing by combining a quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 application processor with dedicated real-time and management cores, including a Cortex-M4F, Cortex-R5F, and a dual-core Programmable Real-Time Unit (PRU). This architecture enables Linux and multiple RTOS environments to run concurrently on dedicated cores, allowing application processing, deterministic real-time control, and system management to operate independently without contention. With ultra-low-latency, cycle-accurate control from the PRU, the Carbon AM62 OSM-MF is well suited for advanced HMI, industrial automation, and connected embedded systems that require both high performance and precise real-time behavior.
