A leading blinds and window covering company turned to Ezurio for assistance with their line of mechanized window blinds. Their initial custom designed antenna was not performing well, with poor distance performance from their controller console to the blinds. After testing many different embedded 2.4GHz antennas, the FlexPIFA was a perfect solution. Ezurio's (formerly Laird Connectivity) Design Services team worked with their engineers on where best to mount the FlexPIFA antennas inside the blind housing. Ezurio was able to produce samples that fit their need inside a month, with superior performance. FlexPIFA antennas are now included in all their lines of window treatments.
