The Nitrogen6_VM is a multi-purpose single board computer based on the NXP i.MX6 processor.
It features:
- Single-Core ARM® Cortex-A9 processor at 1 GHz
- 512MB 32-bit wide DDR3 @ 400 MHz (upgradeable to 1GB)
- Three display ports (RGB, LVDS, and HDMI)
- Direct RGB Interface to a 6.2” Display
- Full-size SD card slot
- 4GB eMMC (expandable up to 64GB)
- PCIe port (1 lane)
- LED backlight driver (27V, 0.35A)
- 4-wire/5-wire resistive touch screen controller
- Analog (headphone/mic) and digital (HDMI) audio
- 2W stereo amplified speaker output
- 10/100/1000 Ethernet
- 10-pin JTAG interface
- 1 USB host + 1 USB OTG
- I2C and 3 x TTL UART interfaces
- GPIO expansion port (8 lines)
- RTC with battery backup
- Optional 1Mbit FRAM
