RMA Requestor is responsible for all freight charges to return the parts to the facility for evaluation. If the parts are deemed to be a manufacturing defect, Ezurio will ship the repaired parts to the address provided on our freight account at no extra charge
Parts must be within warranty as stated in our standard terms and conditions.
In the event that products undergo testing and are determined to not be defective due to manufacturer error, the product will be returned to sender in the condition received. Customer will be responsible for all associated freight charges. If it is determined to be a manufacturing error, and parts are repaired, the lead time for those repairs is 6-8 weeks. Credit may be offered in lieu of repairs in certain instances. Please see Warranty section of our Standard Terms & Conditions for more details.
