Isaac joined Ezurio in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over two decades of financial leadership experience across private equity-backed businesses, healthcare, transportation, and business services.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and most recently served as CFO of Titan Security Group and, prior to that, CFO of Ohio Medical. Earlier in his career, Isaac was VP of Corporate Development and M&A at National Express LLC, where he led a corporate development program for the North America division that delivered over 30 acquisitions valued at more than $625 million combined. His background also includes finance leadership roles at Talent Partners, Baxter Healthcare, and Protiviti.
In his role at Ezurio, Isaac partners with CEO Mark Pugerude and the leadership team to drive financial strategy and support the company's organic and inorganic growth across defense, medical, industrial, and commercial IoT markets.
