Introduction
This document describes key hardware aspects of Ezurio's Carbon AM62L OSM-SF system-on-module which is based on the TI AM62L Sitara™ processor family. The CarbonAM62L OSM-SF is a module that conforms to the SGET Open Standard Module (OSM) version 1.2 standards specification.
Overview
The Carbon AM62L OSM-SF module uses the TI AM62Lx Sitara™ processor which integrates a dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 MPU.
General Description
In addition, the extensive set of peripherals included with CarbonAM62L enables system-level connectivity, such as: MIPI-DSI display output (4 lanes DPHY), USB 2.0, gigabit ethernet, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN-FD, PWM, ADC, and GPIO. CarbonAM62L supports our Summit Suite Chain of Trust’s secure boot, secure image, and secure storage protection using the built-in Hardware Security Module (HSM). In addition, CarbonAM62L employs advanced power management support for portable and power-sensitive applications.
