What are UWterminalX Predefined commands and how do I access them?

UWTerminalX is a terminal program designed specifically to support Lairds range of Bluetooth modules.

V1.17 of UWTerminalX introduced a new right click menu option called Predefined Commands. This builds on but does not replace the UWTerminalX right click menu automation function.

Predefined commands and automation provide similar functionality, they both allow you to enter and store lists of commands for use later.

Predefined commands adds the ability to have a text description of a stored command as well as being able to group commands into logical groups. Predefined commands also has the ability to save those commands/groups into a json file.

To access Predefined Commands, right click anywhere in the main terminal Window and select Predefined Commands.

Use the +Add Command but to add a new command and text description

Use the +Group to add a new logical group for commands. Each new group will appear as a tab along the bottom of the Predefined Commands dialogue.

Predfined commands can be used with any Laird Bluetooth or LoRaWAN module that uses UART commands such as AT Interface or EZ-Serial.
