Scope

This document describes key hardware aspects of the Ezurio Veda™ IF913 series wireless modules which is a ultra-lower power, single chip connected MCUs with 1x1 Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.4, Matter and IP networking. Integrated MCU, Radio, PMU, Flash and PSRAM in 11x7mm size that targeted at Internet-of- Things (IoT) applications for stand-alone operation or to offload a host-processor.
