Unfortunately no.
The Vela IF310 does not expose or support JTAG/SWD access to the Cortex-M33 core. As a result, JTAG/SWD cannot be enabled through firmware or configuration. Debugging is instead performed using software-based methods such as UART logging and other diagnostics provided by the Infinion SDK.
