No. The PRM240-R2 uses a different physical footprint and interface pinout than the AC4490 series. While it is a direct drop-in replacement for legacy LT1110/PRM240 pluggable U.FL designs, AC4490 customer layouts will require board-level hardware redesign or interface adaptation.
