The Carbon AM62 OSM-MF series is built around Texas Instruments’ AM625 and AM623 processor families and TI’s TPS65219 PMIC, with configurable LPDDR4 memory, eMMC storage, and optional Sona TI351 (TI CC3351) Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity.
